Emma is very professional and clearly takes pride in her work. I have always been happy with her services. She is calm, friendly, welcoming and professional, which always makes me feel relaxed and at ease. Her services and attitude are both great. Her beauty room and facilities are very professional, and I like that she has a dedicated private bathroom for customers. I also appreciate the extra precautions and steps that she has taken to keep clients and herself safe during the COVID pandemic. Overall, top marks in my opinion.
