There are lots of different types of massage, all helping to relax muscular tension and to de-stress and energise.  Massage improves circulation by increasing blood flow to the cells of the body and organs, which can help to eliminate muscle and joint pain.

Swedish massage was originally developed to increase the flow of oxygen in the blood and to release toxins from the muscles.  Swedish massage is normally a full body massage and uses gentle long stroking movements to revive and loosen muscles leaving you calm and relaxed.

Deep tissue massage works to relieve extreme muscular tension, soreness and stiffness, therefore improving posture, muscle tone and flexibility.  This massage can reduce pain and swelling and helps to lengthen and relax muscles by working deeper into specific knotted areas.

A full body Swedish massage combined with the deep tissue massage is the perfect combination and provides a customary treatment to suit every client’s needs and the ultimate relaxation.
